Shipping within Canada

Shipping via Canada Post is suspended during the Strike.

1. Expedited shipping
with a tracking number across Canada, except Newfoundland - $6 via UniUni, FleetOptics or ICS Courrier.
Expected delivery: within 4-7 business days.

2. Expedited shipping with a tracking number to Newfoundland via Purolator - $20.
Expected delivery: within 5-7 business days.

3. Local pickup is available within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton region. All pickup orders must be picked up within 1 week of the order date. Changing delivery method will result in a shipping fees.

  • Mississauga Pickup: Free near Mavis Rd and Britannia Rd W., pickup ready within 24-48 hours of the order date. Address will be provided in the "Order Ready for Pickup" email.

4. Bonus: Free domestic shipping on orders over CAD $150 (before tax) with a tracking number.

Orders with custom elements (Multiple charm necklaces & Engraving) could take and additional 2-5 days to process.

Shipping outside Canada

1. Standard shipping is without a tracking number*.
Expected delivery: within 5-20 business days.

2. Economy shipping offers a tracking number.
Expected delivery: within  5-10 business days.

3. Bonus: Free international shipping on orders over CAD $130 (before tax) with a tracking number.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 and up to 48 hours of the date of the order. Please note that the post does not operation on weekends or statutory holidays.

Delays are to be expected due to short staffing, and especially during the holidays.

Any changes that need to be made to an order must be made BEFORE it has dispatched. Once it is shipped, it is no longer within our control.

Our shipping partners within the US, Australia and UK include USPS, PostNL, and APC. Tracked shipping is done through Royal Mail (UK) and Australia Post.

*USPS tracking number on untracked standard shipping orders are invalid, and will not be updated with your order's updates. For a tracking number, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

 

Undeliverable Parcels

Errors in the address provided by the customer will require another postage charge if the original order is returned. If it is delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled as it is buyer responsibility to provide the correct address. Errors include missing unit numbers and incorrect postal/zip codes. All addresses are verified via Canada Post.

 

Customs & Overage Fees

We are not responsible for any additional charges you may incur once your order is shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any customs or overage fees.

 

Returns

We accept the exchange of items in original, unworn state with original packaging within 30 days of order arrival date once approved. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs. We do not provide refunds on completed orders.

Due to the nature of earrings for hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale.
