Omnyah Warranty

Do you offer a Warranty?

Yes! All our jewellery is covered by a Warranty against any rust or tarnish, including manufacturing defects and color fading (from gold to silver). We stand proudly with our real 18-karat gold plating, pure stainless steel fills, and all customized jewellery.

My jewellery is starting to lose colour, what do I do?

In the rare instance that you've noticed some fading or tarnishing on your jewelry piece, please reach out to us at omnyahjewelry@gmail.com so that we can take care of you. Be sure to include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of your piece, closely focused on the faded spot
  3. The name/color/details of your item, in case we are unable to discern the item from the photo

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Discoloration of the small circular loops connecting both the pendant and chain.
  • Broken items cannot be covered unless it is a physical defect (e.g. it arrived broken).
  • If your piece has been altered in any way.
  • Scratches and breakage from normal wear (e.g. chain broke from tugging or stuck in clothing).

My chain fell out of its jump ring, what do I do?

We do our best to ensure that our chains are well secured to the clasp through a jump ring. However, in the event that the chain becomes loose, we recommend taking plyers and hooping the chain back into the jump ring. If you lost the jump ring, we do offer discounted replacement chains to use with your pendant.

How should I take care of my jewellery?

Here's five things you can do to keep your jewellery looking new:

1. Gently clean the pendant and the chain with a soft cloth after taking it off or before putting it on. We even provide a Microfiber Pouch with most jewellery pieces in every order! Doing this helps prevent any dust accumulating on the pendant chain, and will keep its shine at its brightest! This jewellery is water resistant, so if it needs a little more cleaning than just a cloth, feel free to wipe it down with a moderate amount of warm water!

2. Avoid sweat, perfume, chlorine, lotions, and oil. Even though our necklaces our rust-and-tarnish-free, some of these chemicals can cause a gold-plated piece to lose some of its color and sheen, so wear the jewellery after spraying your favorite perfume or applying your lotion, and take it off before any physical exercise or the pool to make sure it lasts as long as possible!

3. Store your jewellery in its own box or in the soft pouch provided. Keeping the piece safe when it's not in use is a great idea. This keeps it away from scratching against other objects, and any potential accidents.

4. Lock the clasp together when not in use. Keeping the chain locked together, as if it is being worn, will help the chain avoid potential tangles which could damage the chain. Lock the clasp together when you store your jewellery away.

5. Try avoiding wearing it in your sleep. With all the movement that can happen in sleep, jewellery like necklaces and bracelets can get tangled together and accidentally damage the chain or scratch the pendant.
