All orders are shipped WITHOUT a tracking number. For a tracking number on your order, kindly upgrade your shipping option or contact us for help PRIOR to placing the order.

Local Pickup is available within the GTA from Mississauga, ON (Heartland area, Mavis and Britannia) for quicker deliveries. Select "Mississauga Pickup" at checkout to receive the pickup address and a time slot. Orders must be picked up within 1 week.

Estimated delivery times are: 1-3 weeks within Canada, 1-4 weeks internationally.
