Shipping within Canada

Standard shipping without a tracking number
Expected delivery: within 4-15 business days. -
Expedited shipping with a tracking number
A tracking number is provided to you upon fulfillment of your order.
Expected delivery: within 3-8 business days. -
Bonus: Free expedited shipping on orders over CAD $150 (before tax) with a tracking number.

Local pickup is available within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton region. All pickup orders must be picked up within 1 week of the order date. Changing delivery method will result in a shipping fees.

Mississauga Pickup: Free near Mavis Rd and Britannia Rd W., pickup ready within 24 hours of the order date.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of the date of the order and shipped within Canada through Canada Post and Intelcom.
Any changes that need to be made to an order must be made BEFORE it has dispatched. Once it is shipped, it is no longer within our control.

Bonus: Free international shipping on orders over CAD $150 (before tax) with a tracking number.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of the date of the order and shipped to the US in partnership with Chitchats through USPS.
*Delays are to be expected due to short staffing, and especially during the holidays.
Undeliverable Parcels
Errors in the address provided by the customer will require another postage charge if the original order is returned. If it is delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled as it is buyer responsibility to provide the correct address. Errors include missing unit numbers and incorrect postal/zip codes.
Customs & Overage Fees
We are not responsible for any additional charges you may incur once your order is shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any customs or overage fees.
